Recall for 27 of Lamborghini’s 2024 and 2025 Revuelto Models Recalled

You’d think a $600,000 Lamborghini Revuelto, a 1,001-horsepower hybrid beast with a V12 engine and three electric motors, would be the ultimate dream car. But even the most exotic supercars can leave you feeling… trapped.
Literally.
Lamborghini just issued a recall for 27 Revueltos in the U.S. — 20 from the 2024 model year and 7 from 2025 — because of a faulty scissor door mechanism. According to a recall notice filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the spherical pins that support the gas springs on the doors may not have been properly torqued during assembly. If those pins come loose, the door’s support system can fail, causing the door to slam shut unexpectedly. Cars built after June 26, 2025, do not have the defect.
So much for those iconic Lambo doors. And, unfortunately, it could get even worse: The same issue could make it nearly impossible to open the doors from the inside, turning your $600K dream car into a high-performance prison, upholstered in fine leather and Alcantara.
Previous Lambo Revuelto Recalls in 2024
This is the third safety recall for the Revuelto since it was introduced in 2023. First, in October 2024, for 455 units with a defective connecting rod in the passenger-side windshield wiper system. Two months later, a second recall in December 2024, for improperly tightened screws on the oil circuit connection flange from the radiator to the oil tank.
As a lemon law attorney, this is a perfect reminder: no vehicle is immune to manufacturing defects—not even a hypercar with four digits of horsepower and a spaceship price tag. If your exotic or everyday car is spending more time in the shop than on the road, you may have legal options.
Don’t let a luxury lemon leave you stuck. Contact Attorney James Johnson at Johnson Attorneys Group if your vehicle has recurring problems, regardless of the price tag.
After all, this recall proves that even a Lamborghini can go sour.
